How does a VA / Client relationship work?

 

  • Complimentary Consultation

    • The client describes their business and the type of assistance they need; the VA explains how their business works and some of the ways they might help effectively manage administrative tasks. 

    • Based on the conversation, we decide if would be a good fit on both sides. 

  • Proposal / Contract

    • From the needs expressed in the consultation, your VA will draft a proposal that outlines the agreement for time spent, fees, terms of payment, confidentiality, etc.

    • Once the agreement is signed, the work can begin. 

  • Relationship

    • Your VA can work on a project-by-project basis or in a set number of regular hours per week or month, depending on the needs of your business.  Our goal is to develop a strong ongoing client relationship, whatever your administrative needs may be. 

    • Once work begins, we utilize various forms of communication, primarily email, but also telephone, instant messaging, fax, virtual conference rooms, US mail, etc.  Communication is a key component in developing a successful professional relationship.

How can a VA save me money?


Virtual assistants charge between $30 – 75 an hour depending upon the type of work performed.  Most offer retainer packages to clients who use their services on a monthly basis.  A VA is a skilled professional with years of experience and as an independent contractor, they save you money in the following ways:
