Precision Admin Solutions was founded in 2009 by Debra Hartley. Birthed from a passion to help others succeed and a love of organization, planning, and time management. We have helped many small business owners and solo entrepreneurs discover the time and energy to focus on their own passions, with the peace of mind that the details are under control. Our clients range across the United States, from our original base in Honolulu, Hawaii, to our current home in Nashville, Tennessee.
Founder, Debra Hartley
Ever since I was a child, I have loved organization. Watching the pieces of a puzzle fit into place gets me excited, whether that puzzle is organizing a client's (post-hurricane disaster) office, putting the numbers in the right place in QuickBooks, or pulling the details together for an event that flows smoothly and allows the host to relax. Partnering with my clients by doing something I love, allowing them the freedom to do what they love - now that is a great day!
I studied Business Administration for practical reasons and a plan in mind to go back for a 'fun' degree in photography or English once I was working. I was surprised to discover that I really enjoyed administration and never looked back. More than fifteen years later, after positions as administrative assistant, executive assistant, conference coordinator, and, since 2009, virtual assistant, I still love what I do. The relief on a client's face or in their voice motivates me to continue helping others achieve their dreams.
(P.S. I enjoy studying & practicing Photography and Writing in my free time, so I got the best of all worlds!)

Accuracy and details are crucial in business, and Misti brings her incredible skill for details to every project, whether research, writing, data entry, or more creative design pursuits. Misti also has a passion for organization and a natural spatial awareness that she shares with our clients who want to streamline their processes and make the best use of their space.
With a fascination for what makes people tick, Sarah brings her knowledge and expertise to the marketing needs of our clients, particularly social media. From Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, to blogging and analytics, she helps businesses grow their online presence, engage with their target audience, and remain true their own mission, vision, & values.
